Top tier!! We stayed at another hotel the night before this one, and my was i upset I didn't find this place first! Aside from being super clean, they have a great breakfast lineup, including eggs, bacon, waffles, cereal, multiple milk and dairy options, muffins, bagels, coffee, and juice. They are located near lots of stores, gas stations and a mall. They have a pool and a hot tub. There's a small store at the front desk with medicine if you should need it as well as beer and soda. Every employee was polite and social. It's clear that every inch of that hotel is cleaned each day. I felt safe and relaxed here, which is unusual for me, and I enjoyed that.
Room was warm unable to turn the thermostat below 60 degrees The sink water was going down slowly. Beds was comfortable Need better TV channels Breakfast was not good. Need more variety. Coffee always tasted burnt and too strong.
Stayed at SpringHill Suites in West Des Moines and had a great experience. The hotel is a bit older, but everything is well-maintained, clean, and updated with modern amenities. Rooms are very spacious—perfect if you need extra room to relax or work. Staff was friendly, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. They staff are so friendly and helpful, it's amazing! I had trouble with my card and we found a east to make things work. The evening staff, a man with a first name that starts with L, he was phenomenal! I can't thank them all enough! All the housekeeping staff say good morning and you feel so welcome. This is my go to place when I'm in town!
Overall, good experience the bed was a little uncomfortable, but the room was clean. Staff was very friendly. We’ll probably stay there again.
The rooms are so spacious I was surprised and great interior design. The hallways could have change in lights as well as the doors that seem outdated but other than that it was nice
